Attorneys John C. Carpenter and Carlos A. Hernandez, together with the parents of former Detroit Lions Cornerback Stanley Wilson Jr., announced in a press conference on March 14, 2023, that Carpenter & Zuckerman filed a government claim for the wrongful death of Wilson Jr. at a correctional facility in Los Angeles.
