Family of Halyna Hutchins Shot and Killed by Alec Baldwin Announces Civil Suit Against Baldwin, Rust Productions, and Others

Attorneys John Carpenter and Gloria Allred announced the filing of a civil suit against Baldwin and the makers of the ‘Rust’ movie. At the press conference announcing the filing in Los Angeles County, the deceased Halyna Hutchins’ mother and sister spoke to the press via a pre-recorded video from war-ravaged Kiev, Ukraine. In the video, they mourned the loss of Halyna and stated their desire to hold accountable those responsible for her death.
